Before using production:

1. Confirm your company's taxpayer, branch, device and production activation with Bizflow.
2. Complete sandbox product registration, stock synchronization for goods, invoices with both discount types, optional buyer PIN, partial credits and PDF verification.
3. Test a timeout replay and verify only one record exists for the request.
4. Keep sandbox and production secrets and local identifiers separate. Create a least-privilege production key only after activation.
5. Monitor PENDING and ACTION_REQUIRED records. Preserve external references, idempotency keys and Bizflow record IDs in your ERP.

An API key does not switch the account's fiscal connection. The configured environment must match the key. One account has one active fiscal connection; use a separate sandbox company for testing alongside a live company.

Production availability depends on your account's activated capabilities. Creating a production key does not itself certify or activate a fiscal connection.

API records remain in the customer's tenant database. Bizflow account administrators can inspect them in Developer API, separately from accounting invoices. Keep your ERP as the source of accounting truth.
