}Send to POST /credit-notes, with Idempotency-Key, after validating the reason against your account's reference codes. Use the actual timestamp. Sequence numbers refer to the original invoice's line order, starting at one.
Bizflow allocates the original net amount, tax and discounts to the credited quantities. Callers do not specify a new price or tax rate. Earlier completed and unresolved credits reserve quantities, so two concurrent requests cannot over-credit an invoice.
Poll GET /credit-notes/{id}. A credit is not accepted merely because a POST succeeded. ACTION_REQUIRED may need reconciliation and must not be replaced with a new request to force a second credit.
PDFs
GET /documents/{id}/pdf returns application/pdf after verified completion. Pending documents return 409 DOCUMENT_NOT_READY. Simulated sandbox documents do not receive a signed fiscal PDF.
The standard Bizflow PDF includes tax-inclusive totals, discount details, the buyer PIN when supplied, verified SCU data and the KRA QR code. Credit PDFs include the original invoice reference and verified credit reason. Missing receipt fields are not invented.
The first successful download is the original. Later downloads are marked COPY. Sandbox documents are labelled as test documents and must not be used for production tax reporting.
